The Backstory
We want to change sourcing from being adversarial to being collaborative.
Currently adverts receive 100s of applications and companies use ATS to filter the list based on some secret algorithm. This means that it is not guaranteed that the best candidates make it through to interview.
Alternatively human scanning is used which is unreliable.
We want to change this to make sourcing candidates collaborative where people work together to find the best candidates. We are doing this by building an exclusive community of hand picked professionals that trust each other. This massively reduces the effort involved in hiring as you know that you are getting great candidates from the start.
We then build this out into separate communities around your company of great people you want to work with again.
